The existing 1970’s home on this site had few redeeming features – sadly most of the house needed work, and the basic layout of the house was sorely lacking. Finally the decision was made to demolish it, but the concrete slab was retained to keep costs lower. The new layout on the extended slab works splendidly, with a cosy yet spacious open planned living area which opens out onto a broad covered alfresco via wide stack sliding doors. When open, the indoor and outdoor areas flow seamlessly out to the breathtaking rural views. A compact library connects the living area to the billiard room. Lovely new bathroom, ensuite and laundry fitouts round out a fabulous renovation.
